Federal law enforcement agencies have arrested 15 students, including 11 from India, on charges of fraudulently staying inside the country. These students were arrested Wednesday from various locations in Boston, Washington, Houston, Ft. Lauderdale, Newark, Nashville, Pittsburgh and Harrisburg.
