Trump: Hong Kong will be treated the same as mainland China
President Trump discusses the Hong Kong Autonomy Act, U.S.-China relations and presumptive Democratic candidate Joe Biden, and says Biden's entire career has been a ‘gift’ to China. Trump also discussed the coronavirus outbreak, which he says China could’ve have stopped at the source, and the need to reopen schools in the fall.
